About me

I am Rezvene Rezaei Rashti, founder of Setaregan-e Mashhad Swimming School, a certified swimming coach, referee, and lifeguard. As a swimmer, I am the winner of more than 70 titles in various national and local competitions.

Being the daughter of a former professional athlete, I was brought up in a competitive-sports atmosphere from a very young age. Being the oldest among the siblings, I used to oversee them swimming and guided them when needed. It is an especially satisfying experience when the swimmers that you lead reach the utmost achievement possible a swimmer can get, like my sister, who broke the national record and still holds it after a few years.

Teaching and coaching swimming is not just about transforming those who were even afraid to get in the water into champions; rather, it is about building a young swimmer’s confidence in the water. Also, swimming is more than just a past-time activity; it is an essential life skill everyone should master.
